Stondalen -Teigen – Sinjaheim – Vassbygdi.

This is a 6 hour hike with lunch included in the price.

The hike starts at 500 masl, in Stondalen, a valley connected to Aurlandsdalen Valley. From our starting point, the trail climbs up to 1000masl, rewarding us with fantastic views over the landscape and the small town of Vassbygdi. From here we set out to reach the summer farm of “Frivoll” and down towards the old farm “Teigen”.

At Teigen we sit down and have lunch, enjoying traditional and local food. After lunch we head for the restored farm “Sinjarheim” and the lower part of the Aurlandsdalen Valley before we reach our destination - Vassbygdi.
